Sweet Potato Pie out of Candied Yams

Have you ever used your candy yams from Thanksgiving or Christmas to make a sweet potato pie? If you make really good candy yams, your sweet potato pie should be just as good.!!

I will do my best to leave a recipe of the items that I used for the candy yams and the sweet potato pie. Sorry I didn’t measure anything.. but see recipe below!

CANDIED YAM RECIPE

•Sweet Potatoes

•Lt Brown Sugar

•Cane Sugar

•Vanilla Bean Paste

•Butter

•Cinnamon

•Nutmeg

•Orange juice

SWEET POTATO PIE

•Candied Yams

•1/2 lemon

•1/2 Orange

•Milk or Evaporated Milk

•2 Room Temp Eggs

•1/2 Tsp of Flour

•Pie Crust
